How does your money back guarantee work?

If all of your negative items are not "scraped" within 45 days you will be entitled to request a refund for all items not removed. This is calculated as follows

- Your account is credited for the amount you have paid (not including additional fees associated with payment plans)

- An invoice is created based on the items actually deleted using the per item costs shown on this website and your agreement

- You are refunded the difference between what you paid and the cost of what was removed. You only pay for work performed

Are items permanently removed?

Generally items removed are permanent, the noted exceptions are the same as with any type of credit repair. Charge offs and collections can come back if and when they are sold to other collection agencies. eg. If ABC Collection is removed from your credit report and the account is sold 3 years later to XYZ collection, XYZ collection will have the ability to add the account to your credit report.

Will this allow me to obtain a 720 credit score?

Your credit score is determined by both your negative and positive credit history. If you have little of no positive credit history you will not be able to obtain a 720 credit score. Conversely if  you are near the end of the process and have 1 or 2 items remaining on your credit report you won't have a 720 score either because even though you only have a couple of items left you are still not "perfect"

What if negative items are added during the process?

If negative items are added after you start the process and you have purchased the bundle program we will try to work on the item under the following conditions.

- Removal of the item(s) will not be guaranteed

- The timeframe of the process will be extended to account for additional item(s)
